As a relatively new organization, we try to keep overhead low. Our team is made up of volunteers and we appreciate how they allow us to reinvest any monies raised directly back into programming.

As a new organization, our first priority is to hire a coordinator for programs and volunteers. Our Executive Director has agreed to volunteer until this key role has been filled. Our second priority is to engage as many families as possible. Our third priority is to be able to pay some part-time helpers for childcare, event set-up and breakdown, audio visual assistance, and the like. We want to begin training faith leaders and in-home chaplains to serve our communities. There are national experts who will be brought in to lead workshops on leadership culture, practical tactics, and everything in between. While we hope to charge attendees, we will need to be prepared to rent facilities, supply refreshments, and incur related costs to put on these trainings.
