As a new organization, our first priority is to hire a coordinator for programs and volunteers. Our Executive Director has agreed to volunteer until this key role has been filled. Our second priority is to engage as many families as possible. Whether through sponsoring resource fairs, running some social media ads, or other marketing activities, we need to invest in making families aware of how we can help. Our third priority is to be able to pay some part-time helpers for childcare, event set-up and breakdown, audio visual assistance, and the like.
