Adaptive Cooking – Stuffed Shells

Join us at Durham Exchange Club Industries each week as we make something new in the kitchen. This week, we’re making “Stuffed Shells.”

With two trained chefs and an occupational therapist involved, we have put together a program that adjusts each recipe to the skill level of the individual participant. Natural peer mentoring happens and friendships are built and renewed. Come participate!
